This establishment appears to be managed by high school students who exhibit a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. The prices for shakes and ice cream are excessive, and concerningly, the staff is not wearing gloves or hairnets while handling food. This situation will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Went in with my mom for a sundae for her 93rd birthday. Everyone was very nice, wishing her a happy birthday. The store was clean, well managed and friendly.

Overweis Dairy has always been the BEST ice cream in Aurora. Worth the money. I would go back. I grew up in Aurora with Overweis milk and their children in school.

Mai gave the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. She took care of us quickly. South Elgin Oberweis is my new favorite location. I was greeted when I walked in and when I left. No one was on their phone and everyone was attentive. I appreciate that.

This place has changed. I was so disappointed in the ice cream flavor. It is usually creamy with lots of peanut butter too. I was so sure I got just chocolate ice cream that I drove back and asked for a new cone because I was halfway through and didn't taste any peanut butter. So, for more than $5 for an ice cream cone, I was disappointed. Service was great though! I didn't rate atmosphere because I used the drive thru.
