Not all Paneras are the same. Went to one in Boise and the register person didn't seem to know what was included with the kids meal. Said a drink was included, but it was an additional charge. I gave my phone number and asked if I had any rewards or deals. He said no ,but I did have a $5 off which I used when I went back in Illinois. Food is always good.

Stoped on way home to Wisconsin from Ohare. My mistake was I ordered from the wrong Panera. I was welcomed with open arms. We were starved ! The manager knew I would never make it to the correct store. She called them to cancel and took care of me as if I was royalty. The other workers were so kind and went out of their way to do what they could to help. This was 10 minutes until close. They weren’t upset that they had yet another duty. What a wonderful caring location. Thank you again for your assistance!

Rude woman,I walked in at 8:00 pm not knowing they close at 8:00,the door was still unlocked and the employee was mopping,instead of politely saying that we close at 8:00,sorry. She started yelling at her co workers”why didn’t you guys tell me it’s 8:00,I have to lock the door. I turned around right away and went next door at star bucks and got my coffee. Learn customer service please or just don’t deal with customers.

I ordered a pick 2 for delivery because I could not leave work to pick up. They sent the cup of soup. No sandwich. When I called they said they couldn't redeliver or refund me. They said they would put a coupon for the sandwich in my rewards. Instead I got a coupon for $1 off my next sandwich order. Panera has become a very expensive disappointment. I will not be ordering from them again.

This place cracks under pressure when it gets busy, pick up orders are left on a counter getting cold instead of being placed on the pick up shelf, my order was on the counter for 5 minutes before the cashier tried to give it to someone else, and after I got the order and went home, it was wrong, instead of the sandwich I order there was a grilled cheese inside, this isn't the first time this establishment has forgotten or gotten my order wrong especially while it was mildly busy

I ordered curbside pick up and nobody came out to deliver my order so I went in to pick it up. I ordered the new Fireside Chili and that is the purpose of this review. This chili is horrible and tastes like beefaroni. I am so unimpressed by this and I could not even eat it. I would NOT recommend this chili.
Extremely slow service. Don’t go on your lunch hour during the work week because you won’t be back on time. 25 minute wait for 2 sandwiches and a Mac & cheese.

Twice now this location has messed up my delievery orders. First time they forgot the turkey in the TURKEY bravo sandwich and today they forgot the cheese on the Ciabatta CHEESE steak sandwich!!! Making sandwiches is not rocket science people. This location needs to hire better people who can read and actually make sandwiches correctly!

Every time I come to this specific Panera, there is something bad. The food is old or the drinks are old. This time it was the drinks. The drink was so old, it was bubbling and tasted rotten. Those drinks don’t get like that from sitting there hours, it gets like that when it has been sitting there for days. What else in that Panera is like this? I am disgusted and never want to go back to this Panera ever again.
