Not all Paneras are the same. Went to one in Boise and the register person didn't seem to know what was included with the kids meal. Said a drink was included, but it was an additional charge. I gave my phone number and asked if I had any rewards or deals. He said no ,but I did have a $5 off which I used when I went back in Illinois.

Stoped on way home to Wisconsin from Ohare. My mistake was I ordered from the wrong Panera. I was welcomed with open arms. We were starved ! The manager knew I would never make it to the correct store. She called them to cancel and took care of me as if I was royalty. The other workers were so kind and went out of their way to do what they could to help. This was 10 minutes until close. They weren’t upset that they had yet another duty. Comfortable to sit and talk and good food. We were there on Saturday at 3:30 and it was quiet and the food was done quickly.

Parking: The parking is fine if it’s not lunch time. At lunch parking can be a challenge.
