I gave them a try about a month ago. Failed, usually I go to main and 8th. They don't take pride with their food. Gave them a try again I got a more dough less sauce and no extra cheese. That was half fast made, and I said square cut I got reg cut. This place doesn't take pride of their food! The only thing good was the brownie. Smdh! Definitely not a 3rd try type of guy. I rather drive the extra 10 mins before I order from here again.

We ordered delivery of 2 heart pizzas and a brownie. They were unfortunately destroyed when they arrived (it looked like they were either dropped or held on their side as all of the toppings slid to the side of the box on both pizzas). I called to notify the manager and ask where to send the pictures we took for proof and he promptly had the pizzas remade and resent the pizzas and they arrived quickly and were perfect! Excellent customer service. Thank you for taking the extra precautions to ensure they arrived intact and thank you for great customer service.

Save yourself time and go to ANY other papa John’s. The website said my pizza was ready and then after waiting 30 minutes for it to just be put in the oven- I asked to cancel the order and the employee told me to “Literally just wait it went in the oven”. After waiting 50 mins total for ONE pizza I literally think this is the worst place to order pizza from. And I saw a cockroach crawling by their drinks to top it off.

Regular customer at thos location but tonight was a travesty in at least two acts.
My wife ordered online as we usually do and they get a print out with exactly what to make. Somehow they made it wrong, which special.
Called to inform them they made it wrong and that I wanted it remade. I was told it would be ready in 8-10 minutes, which yknow, I wanted to eat 20 minutes ago but see above.
I get to the location about 10 minutes after they call and I'm told it still needs to be made.
Ridiculous. At this point, I'm going to be eating an hour later than intended, which sure a small detail that doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things , but with the price of food being what it is these days, I expect that when I place an order it's right. If it's not, I certainly expect you to prioritize fixing it.
First time ever from anyplace that I received a pizza with almost no cheese on it. Ordered an extra large pizza with cheese and extra cheese because the grandkids like cheese. When I got home and opened the box I was surprised to see just a very light sprinkle of cheese in the middle. A large part of the crust was exposed with a generous amount of sauce in the middle area. Assuming someone at the store sabotaged my pizza.
