Pizza was burnt and made sloppy , crust was broken. Sauce and pepperoni was smothered all sloppy. Employee at the front handled money and then food without gloves to inspect. If I wanted a $5 to $6 quality pizza I would have just gone to lil Caesar’s.

I ordered large pizza and see what I got.As you can see the dough on size is too thick. When I ask them to make them another one than they refused. Never going back.it seems that some one fresher made this pizza.

One of the employees stuck his hand in his pants. Not in any sexual way but unhygienic for sure. Noone is ever at the counter. Always on the phone in the back. The pizza is fine but not very professional place

Our pizza was accidentally made wrong, they replaced it immediately and let us keep the one that was wrong. Great customer service and both pizzas were fresh.

I wish I could put zero for service. Walk in and there was multiple people and nobody was greeted. One of the workers was on the phone with a manager trying to resolve an issue for one customer and ignored everybody else. This one issue took over 15 mins to resolve, why isn’t there a manager on duty? This was completely unacceptable and when customers started to say something instead of trying to help customers he just chose to cancel immediately, it’s like what??
This place needs to be seriously reevaluated as what they are doing now and the staff they have now, it’s not working and should be addressed immediately. Took over 20+ minutes to get my food midday 11:50PM on a Tuesday. Please avoid this location until they have rehired decent people.

Tried to get a refund because both of my orders of Breadsticks were burnt. And the lady i spoke to said they aren’t able to give refunds in the store. I would have to drive there and it. Doesn’t sound right at all.

This Pizza Hut location (of the once vast national chain) had poor food preparation skills for both the traditional pizza menu items & the recently added chicken wings on the extended menu. I order a simple group of chicken wings, and had to wait quite a while after the cook burned the pizza ordered by a previous customer. Not a good sign when a pizza shop has trouble cooking pizza. The wings I eventually got weren't that good either. The shop's interior was depressing; you could tell they concentrate on take-out orders.

Ordered from here and no one from the store answers the phone calls The white girl who does answer is rude and disrespectful Food is horrible from here This store doesn’t take phone calls you gotta call a call center in order to place an order and even they can’t get your order correct I suggest using another pizzas hut this one is dirty inside to parking lot looks like shhhhh They don’t offer refund neither for there mistakes

I call the store...rings for like 2 minutes, get busy signal. Do it again...again...again. 10 calls over 30 minutes, no response. Call the hotline, it tells me to contact the store directly, or leave a comment to their website contact thing.
Ten minutes later, still no reply from Pizza Hut about my missing 20 dollars of food, still can't get a hold of the store. Can easily call a call center to pay them more money, but can't actually get a hold of Elgin, and I can't drive there since I can't leave the house (hence the pizza).
Also, food arrived lukewarm, breadsticks were cut in half, but not into sticks (bread slabs I guess?) and also lukewarm/kind of hard.
Mistakes happen, I get it. Food can be prepared poorly, fine. I rarely complain, when I do I get a refund or credit and I thank the service and move on...but spending almost an hour of my day to not even get a hold of the store or a living person who can help me? Never ordering from this store or Pizza Hut again unless they somehow can convince me things changed.
