Not sure if Pizza Hut has changed or maybe I have. I love this place, I can order a pizza exactly how I want it and it’s ready by the time I get there.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, particularly when so many places are under-staffed. Having said that, I was delivered the wrong food (second time in past 14 months) and had to wait on hold for 25 minutes to get a refund. Do better.

I gave them three different chances to redeem themselves but each time it gets worse. This last time they forgot a pizza and we had to go back to get because they were not answering the phones and they just handed it to us. No apology or nothing. More cold pizza. Done with this location.

I had a terrible pizza tonight from the Pizza Hut in Elgin Il. On S.Randall Road. It was over cooked the peperoni was like potato chips! I couldn't eat it! Had 1/2 of a piece and put it in the trash. I live roughly 3 miles from the store! When I told them about how bad it was they wanted me to bring it back! They should had done the right thing and credited my card! I will not be back! They knew what it looked like when they put it in the box! Aweful Service! Very unhappy!

Zero stars, this store needs to be shut down. I placed an order at 10:48 am. For pickup in 15 minutes, food was not ready until 11:30. Before that I asked for a refund and was refused and only offered a credit, which means F U we keeping your money. Avoid this place because the customer is wrong. The reason given for the delay was the oil for the wings not hot yet, I said that once someone gets there and turn the lights on the next thing to do should be turn on the oil. That's not that hard, is it? She said I don't know how to refund money cash or cards payments. I asked for the manager and was told they not available till next week. So I took the food and left after she threatened to call the police, and I'm like, where is the crime? So do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
