Pizzas consistently undercooked (doughy center), toppings piled only in the middle, and crust orders always wrong—pan comes as hand-tossed, tavern-style as thin crust, etc.
No one answers the phone for order issues, so problems never get fixed.
Waste of time and money. Won’t be ordering here again.

A girl that was working on Saturday 1-10-2026 at 9: 56 pm threw the pizza and the receipt at us was very rude and the pizza wast even we’ll cooked

I ordered a medium thin-crust pizza, but what I received was a pan-style pizza with breadsticks. That’s not what I ordered at all.

I immediately tried calling the store to get it corrected. I called multiple times, and no one answered the phone. This is especially frustrating because I could clearly see 4–5 employees working inside the store, so there’s really no excuse for not answering calls.

I was routed through what seems like a third-party call service, possibly overseas. The person I spoke with had difficulty understanding me, but even setting that aside, the local store never picked up. I was told a manager would call me back the same day, and that never happened.

I didn’t even eat the pizza , I threw it away and only ate the breadsticks. Despite all of this, I was charged $32.50 (I have the receipt).

For that price, you’re honestly better off going to a better local pizza spot like Chicago Pizza Authority or another nearby pizza place that actually answers the phone and gets orders right.

This was a complete waste of money and time. Very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut.

I ordered Pizza on Halloween day and it was busy and waited 1 hour for pick up but pizza was half cooked. Not well made (undercooked) probably hight temperature and fast cook time. Hopefully they will make it better next time

The pizza was almost raw, we had to take it home and cook it more for it to be edible. We ordered lots of toppings and we barely got any.

The service at this Pizza Hut location was absolutely awful. The person who took my order was extremely rude, dismissive, and made the whole interaction unpleasant from start to finish. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by walking into the store.

I love Pizza Hut, but this location makes me wish there were another one closer. I’d gladly drive further to avoid being treated this poorly. Definitely not the kind of customer service you'd expect from a well known brand like this. Do better.

This is the worst run organization ever. Last week I ordered a pizza through their website. My credit card was charged but the order went into outer space. NOBODY at Pizza Hut would help resolve want happened to the order. They just told me their system does not have my order but somehow my credit card got charged. How does that work???

I decided to try and order a pizza from them
Over the phone from the number on the website for the local store. They took my credit card over the phone and said it was approved and I could pick up the order at the store in 15 min. When I showed up they never received the order. The store manager would not help resolve the problem. I called the number back where I ordered the pizza. They had no record of the order but again my credit card was charged. I told them the order was for pickup. The customer service person on the phone told me he was connecting me to the customer service manager. When I was connected to the person I thought was the customer service manager ended up being a driver for DoorDash! After we finally got through the total confusion of why I was connected to DoorDash when the order was for pick up, the person said he could not help me and I was to call Pizza Hut back. When I called Pizza Hut back, I was told I had to go through their website. I have no idea how this company stays in business. I think they are a total scam and are ripping people off left and right. I’ve contacted my credit card company and made sure the scam will get resolved. Never again Will I use Pizza Hut. I worn everybody watch out for the scams!

I didn’t know an 8” hair embedded into my pizza was an ordered topping. They told me nobody there had hair like that and refused to credit me a prorated amount for the pizza, tip and delivery charge. So they can keep their pittance they wanted to refund me.

Enjoy the imagery and imagine pulling it out of your mouth when you thought you were only getting pizza!

I’ll never order from ANY Pizza Hut ever again - this INEPT management team doesn’t realize they’re in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Don’t make the same mistake I made with so many other restaurant options in the area, such as Giordano’s, Rosati’s and Lou Malnati’s.

I gave them one star, as ZERO wasn’t an option.
