After looking at the reviews for this location i am not surprised at all for the customer service this location offers. I ordered a pizza with 5 toppings and there was toppings missing when I saw after reaching home . I called this location to ask them why they have not added the toppings i paid for, the girl on call said its just $2 each topping she can give me $5 credit or bring the pizza back and get the refund. Both of these options were non sense to me.@pizza hut when we order the food we decide and pay for it so you don’t have to decide what to add and give credit if you missed.secondly if someone ordered a food that mean there is a reason so when you ask to bring it back even for refund, people dont have time to drive back and wait for another 30 min to get food. You need to learn to respect everyones time.I dont recommend this location per my experience and after reading others reviews.

Left A review on how they did hoping thwy might get back to me. It must be hard to add all toppings to A pizza. Wasted 40 bucks. This is not A great Pizza Hut. All over pineapple toppings they couldnt add on. Never dealt with this from this Chain. Thanks A lot?

Scense when did Pizza hut take 5 full size bread sticks cut them in half and call it 10. When I worked there a pan always was 10 full length sticks and a half pan was 5. I ordered 10 sticks and got 5 cut in half. And the picture in their menus shows a half pan as 5 and a full pan as 10. And I paid almost $10 for an order of 10 when I got 5 cut in half.

Tried to order delivery online and could not get the order to go through. I called asked for delivery( we have had pizza delivered from this location several times. ) I was told they don't deliver to my address, I said they have for the past 3 years. She said the Randall road location, I said yes, she said I will transfer you there. That is the number I called and the way they answered the phone. Done with this place!

I love Pizza Hut pizza (mostly for the nostalgia), but this place is pretty rough. Placed an online order that said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived after 17 minutes and the guy acted confused when I told him my name. Then he says oh wait, finds my order and then tells me "it'll be about 15 minutes"

I would give place 0 if there was an option. Every time I order from this place the toppings keeps on getting less. I was told by the cashier that is directed by the store manager to save cost.
