In the past I have had fantastic burgers here, they served fresh beef that had not been frozen, excellent temping, great sides and drinks. We went there specifically for burgers tonight, all three agreed the beef was sub par. Obviously previously frozen and thawed, the burgers were dry and unimpressive. Like the boat overall, not what it used to be. I don't know who is running this place but it's sad to lose a great burger option, not up to Chicago area standards (the confusing response below is because I have edited a previous five star review). This meal was my last here.
Please bring back the hot fudge sundae..best ive ever had!!
Surprisingly good burger here, great fries also (at a reasonable price). Got great service from Hillary at the bar. Even if you're not here to gamble the kitchen does a very nice job.
The service was terrible I dont even think the waitress likes her job. Never stopped to ask us about our food or anything polite or nice. Also we had ordered burgers they came out alittle pink not a big deal we still ate it but late both of us got terribly sick. Never will I go back to this place
Restaurant less than 30% full, 8:00 Saturday night. Stood at front desk 3-4 minutes waiting to be seated, while 6 staff stood at end of bar talking. One finally peeled off to seat us.
9/2019An updated menu removes many of the burger varieties. Now shakes are pedestrian chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, ,etc unless choosing the alcoholic ones.Burgers still have buffalo, kobe, and house blend patties. Not as good as it used to be. For the price you can do better.Previous review.... 2017. 5 starPrime, Bison, and Kobe burgers fixed however you like them and shakes in a variety flavors - S'more, Salted Caramel, Dreamsicle, etc.
Josh, the bartender during the day, is absolutely fantastic! A group of us sat at the bar one day and were served by Josh. He is polite, engaging, and a great conversationalist! He also makes the most delicious martinis. My only complaint is we lost at the casino and the food menu is also a bit small.... but we will definitely be back to visit Josh!
Menu was shrunk down but the quality does not match the price. The burgers are way UNDER priced. Great burger for $12 and the servers there are fun.
Food is never the same!! Bar tenders are pretty good
This used to be our favorite place to dine when we visited the casino. Went today and saw that they completely changed the menu. Everything good is gone and the selection is so small compared to what it used to be. It used to be a book filled with unique options and now it's a 1 page menu that's nothing special. We're done going here unless they bring the old menu back. It's not worth it anymore. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the fries were good.

Food is always good. Jus would love for the Hangover Burger to come back.. Best ðŸ”..
It was good!!! Not great how it was !! Prime menu has changed totally!! No more Surf & Turf Burger
Food is ok. Drinks are better.
Used to be the best burger place ever.My waitress said new owners came in and changed everything. The size, quality, and variety of burger options went totally downhill. It is beyond me how new owners think this is a good business decision. There used to be a wait on a Saturday night to be seated, but not anymore.Might as well just sell out to McDonalds. Not much difference anymore between Prime BurgerHouse and Micky D's.
The burgers were very big and messy but overall pretty good place to eat some burgers and hang out with the gang
