Came from Chicago because no place can compare to Ray’s! The food is consistently superb, and the staff at Ray’s takes care of everyone like they are family. When I think of Elgin, I think of this lovely place.
Fantastic old school original diner serving up classic breakfast dishes and lunch options too. Everything is cooked to perfection and seasoned well. But go early!!! This is a hot spot and parking can be tough during construction. Otherwise they get you in fast and it’s worth any wait!
