Hi. I would like to say thank you to Jacki at the Crystal lake location. She was so kind and showed empathy when I was there on Thursday 8/1/2024. It’s been a difficult week and my mom had passed away that morning. That was my first meal in about a week. She was so kind to pay for our meals. Thank you so much. I would like for that owner to know this and we will be returning back soon! 10/23/2024- we had Maya as our server today. She is also another wonderful asset to your team! Thank you for the Bingo night!

Best burgers!

I'm from out of town, stopped by for a quick bite to eat. My beautiful server, tila was amazing! Burger was filling and a great suggestion on her part. Will be back if I'm ever this way again.

The prices when ordering online wereich higher then what the menu states.

Example was we ordered fried pickles online and we're charged 14.99 but the menu states they are 11.99

Every time i come here the service is friendly and fast. The manager is super cool. If you sit at the bar on the weekends ask for Jelly she's awesome, gives great service, and makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first time!!!!! I suggest the nachos, best nachos I've had in a minute!!

I've visited this place two times and those two times, Megan has been our server. The food is good, but what made me write this review and give it five stars, it's because of our Megan's outstanding service. She went above and beyond; she was extremely attentive and courteous. I hope management reads this review and Megan gets recognized for her hard work and dedication!
