First time eating out since Covid started and did not regret this choice. Hardly any one was there, we sat outside on a small patio but there was no issue being too close to anyone. The waitress, Daisy, was great! She wore a mask the whole time, had wiped down the menus before handing them out, and was very attentive. The food was delicious and the amount of food was sufficient. My wife and I were seeking a more local Mexican restaurant with more menu options so we gave Casa Rubios a a shot tonight since they have an expansive menu and really we are glad we did! The steak chimichanga was great and the skirt steak with fried avocado was also excellent. The basic beans and rice, were more than basic, very flavorful. I went here for the first time and the foid was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend coming here rather than driving all fhe way down rt 47. They have really good burritos and tacos. The entire staff was so helpful and kind, one is abls to tell the family enviroment.
