While the atmosphere is "spartan," it is quiet, so you can have a nice conversation with your dining companion. The food was great. Our steaks were very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The sides were flavorful as well. Overall, the food had more flavor than it does at much more expensive restaurants. The service was great, and the student servers were sincere in their desire to take care of you. ECC clearly runs a great culinary and hospitality program.
