Do not come here for their medium roast or even dark roast coffee. It’s literally just hot water flavored, does not even taste like coffee. They’ve done me wrong three times already. Go to the one down the road they just built by woodmans. Don’t waste your time here.

Atmospheres okay it just looks like any other Starbucks but it is new location. Out of all the ones I've been to this one actually makes the best bruise and coffee. Ice coffee if awesome.

Starbucks at 2480 N Randall Rd. Elgin IL.. I go there almost daily at lunch time. Had my worse experience ever today. First, the barista (man) let me wait without any reason, then he gave me the weakest regular coffee I have ever had, after he watched me entering the tip. Bad for me was that I figured it out after I returned back to the office.This $2.88 is wasted. Thank you Starbucks!

I have some mobility issues at the moment and the server left my order on the counter for me (he wasn’t busy ) and didn’t even call my name . Few minutes later he did bring the order to the table for someone else

The baristas are great. I just didn't like the new flavor genocideia, it's a little to harsh. I feel like it left such a bad taste in my mouth that I can never return.

The drink it's is okay but I specified in my mobile order to add NO ice but they added EXTRA ice. I doubt they looked at the order itself so it's not that big of a deal for the ice. But beware that if your ordering a specific special drink it might not come out right.
