Used to be great service here and the drinks were well done but the last few time the drinks are like water or have been done wrong and some of the staff are so loud you can’t hear when you’re in there. One of the staff told me I had to give them more time if using the app. I put my order in at 7:16am and it wasn’t ready at 7:43 and it was for one iced coffee. It’s just not worth the money anymore

The service was great. The coffee was fine.. as expected. At 6:02 in the morning they are playing rap music so loud I couldn’t have a conversation with anyone else. This location always has music playing way too loud, but this was ridiculous.

The people were kind and friendly. The drink and food were exactly what you would expect. Only down side was that the table was not cleaned. Crumbs and a little sticky. I am assuming it was the timing of a previous customer leaving and my arrival. Being friendly brings me back every time.

Very welcoming! I never felt the need to ever leave a review, but the lovely woman with blonde hair and (i think) freckles immediately welcomed be and complimented my earrings! They were very sweet and I felt like we personally knew each other for even just a second :) very sweet and welcoming location ❤️

WOW!!! This is what a Starbuck is! PLZ help the McLean Blvd (Elgin) location provide this level of service. Kelsie is AWESOME & so is Angela. The rest of the crew seemed equally superb — I just didn’t have direct contact with them. Turkey Pesto sandwich was yummy & the Christmas blend hit the spot. What a fine-oiled machine (one with lots of heart ❤️ )

Jennifer is one of the rudest people I've ever made contact with at Starbucks. As I ordered on my app at 5 a.m., I was greeted with a pull-up. As I got to the window, Jennifer stated, Do you expect your drink to be made in 30 seconds? I said I didn’t ask how long it would take and was continuing on how she needed more time. I said it's like me placing an order in the drive-through, but she's incompetent and could not understand. She babbled on. This woman should not be an employee for anyone with her daily attitude. She is an absolutely miserable human. I guess that's why she works at Starbucks, serving through the drive-through like a peasant
