Just wanted to say that my faith in humanity was restored after visiting this location. I went to another store (the one by kohlâs in south elgin) and ordered a matcha, i accidentally forgot to order it with oat-milk which made it taste bitter/horrible. I asked the barista if i could have it added to my drink or get a small cup of oat-milk so i could add it which i was obviously going to pay for. The barista told me rudely that she couldnât do that for me and i had to purchase a WHOLE new drink. I kindly refused and went to this location. The sweet girl in the drive through took my order of a cup of oatmilk and gave it to me with the biggest smile. These workers are the best! This will be the only Starbucks i will go to now! Thank you for not turning me down for requesting oat-milk, it was ridiculous.

Used to be great service here and the drinks were well done but the last few time the drinks are like water or have been done wrong and some of the staff are so loud you canât hear when youâre in there. One of the staff told me I had to give them more time if using the app. I put my order in at 7:16am and it wasnât ready at 7:43 and it was for one iced coffee. Itâs just not worth the money anymore

The service was great. The coffee was fine.. as expected. At 6:02 in the morning they are playing rap music so loud I couldnât have a conversation with anyone else. This location always has music playing way too loud, but this was ridiculous.

The people were kind and friendly. The drink and food were exactly what you would expect. Only down side was that the table was not cleaned. Crumbs and a little sticky. I am assuming it was the timing of a previous customer leaving and my arrival. Being friendly brings me back every time.

Very welcoming! I never felt the need to ever leave a review, but the lovely woman with blonde hair and (i think) freckles immediately welcomed be and complimented my earrings! They were very sweet and I felt like we personally knew each other for even just a second :) very sweet and welcoming location â¤ď¸

WOW!!! This is what a Starbuck is! PLZ help the McLean Blvd (Elgin) location provide this level of service. Kelsie is AWESOME & so is Angela. The rest of the crew seemed equally superb â I just didnât have direct contact with them. Turkey Pesto sandwich was yummy & the Christmas blend hit the spot. What a fine-oiled machine (one with lots of heart â¤ď¸ )
