Not only is the food and coffee great, the manager, Kelsie, is fantastic, when she realized I had dropped my wallet she made sure it was returned to me. I hope this location gets the recognition it deserves. Everyone working there is always in a great mood, even when I order at 6 am.

i picked up a mobile order today and drove up to the window. the window opened and i said “hi!” to the woman working, who was wearing a nametag that said bella. bella didn’t say a word back, just handed me my drink with a straight face and angry look, then closed the window right away. normally, employees should say “have a nice day” or “would you like a straw?” i’ve worked customer service on bad days where i didn’t feel like talking to anyone. still, i’ve never treated a guest so dismissively and disrespectfully. if bella is reading this, please be nicer in the future. it wouldn’t hurt to crack a smile.

I asked for cinnamon powder and sweet cream cold foam - got charged with it and didn’t get it. I couldn’t go back to get it fixed because I was running late but I paid extra and didn’t get it 😐

Just wanted to say that my faith in humanity was restored after visiting this location. I went to another store (the one by kohl’s in south elgin) and ordered a matcha, i accidentally forgot to order it with oat-milk which made it taste bitter/horrible. I asked the barista if i could have it added to my drink or get a small cup of oat-milk so i could add it which i was obviously going to pay for. The barista told me rudely that she couldn’t do that for me and i had to purchase a WHOLE new drink. I kindly refused and went to this location. The sweet girl in the drive through took my order of a cup of oatmilk and gave it to me with the biggest smile. These workers are the best! This will be the only Starbucks i will go to now! Thank you for not turning me down for requesting oat-milk, it was ridiculous.

Used to be great service here and the drinks were well done but the last few time the drinks are like water or have been done wrong and some of the staff are so loud you can’t hear when you’re in there. One of the staff told me I had to give them more time if using the app. I put my order in at 7:16am and it wasn’t ready at 7:43 and it was for one iced coffee. It’s just not worth the money anymore
