Every time I asked for a refill on my tea it was FREE, all thanks to the amazing manger who clearly believes in hydration and happiness. customer service so good it feels personal. hands down the best Starbucks in the area, come for the drinks, stay for the energy, leave feeling spiritually caffeinated.

A women named Heather made my order for me. I ordered at the wrong location and she made it for me no problem. Staff was great and quick. I'm so sorry for confusing you guys! Unbelievable worst customer service ever!!!
The older lady from today with the glasses with some hanging stuff on her glasses got the worse customer service!! Asking a question about a drink I order because my daughter is ordering something new her response was so aggressive and not answering the question that I asked for!! She needs to be retrained or moved away from customers may offer her the dish washer position if available!!!

There is a barrista there who is loud mouthed and foul⦠at best. Itās disgusting how the staff yell at customers never have I experienced this at any Starbucks. I had purchased coffee an hour before returning to Starbucks for more ice because itās so damn hot out. Not only did this barrista act like an irate animal, but who denies a paying customer of ice or water? Atrocious. Disgusting. Foul.

I would give this location a 5 if it werenāt for my experience of today, 8/9/25. Iāve been a loyal customer for over a decade. I treat the employees with respect and today, I left disappointed. I went inside and the employee who took my order whose name was Alex, was so rude and had zero customer service. She was talking to me like I was stupid. Before I would finish my sentence, she would interrupt me and give me attitude. She seemed annoyed and itās stupid to say but it ruined my morning. I have never had this experience at this store until today. Everyone is always so nice and they make me want to return. I understand itās a fast pace environment and they deal with a lot of other things but thereās no reason to be rude to customers. Especially if youāre taking the orders at the front, you are the face of the store. Being kind to your customers shouldnāt feel like a chore.

I loved that the barista offered the option of a glass cup instead of a disposable cup. They were busy but took the time to truly take our orders and deliver a quality drink.
