Came for lunch. Purchased two meals and two drinks. The manager followed my boyfriend and I out the store and to our vehicle claiming we did not pay for the drinks and threatened to call the police on us. The quality of the food here is honestly always terrible and the staff is very rude and not much different than my experience today. If you want to call the police over a $2 drink be my guest but I believe there are bigger battles to fight especially as a manager or business owner.

when I go the food is always good but I go a frisco patty melt and it took forever to for them to come and give it to us .Then when I go home and opened my food the bread had mold on it .disgusting

So let’s talk about this certain place… First of all this place got shutdown for a little bit of time due to government health regulations allegedly. Which says something in its self. Second of all went to the bathroom in this place and goodness I will never step foot in this place. It looked utterly disgusting. Now if your wondering why it got two stars it’s cause the cheese fries are fire, and I won a prize in the claw machine.

Wonderful service and a carefully crafted burger was greatly appreciated! Too often fast food feels thrown together with little to no care, Abisai, the grill master, took time to ensure a proper burger was served and didn’t skimp on extra pickles! Thank you!

Today, on my way home, I stopped at the restaurant located in Elgin on Randall Rd. I was attended to by David. When I was placing my order, I asked him to please make my milkshake thin, and he told me it couldn’t be done the way I requested. I order this milkshake at least twice a week, and I’ve never been told no at this or other restaurants.
When I was at the window ready to pay, I showed him my QR code from the app to use my Rewards. He said that during happy hour, they couldn’t be used. I told him that the app didn’t specify any particular time restriction. Still, I proceeded to pay with my credit card and asked him why he was making such a big deal, as I’ve used my rewards on many occasions without any issue.
He insisted that it wasn’t allowed there, to which I replied that I always buy my milkshake, get it made thin, and use my rewards without any problem. He kept insisting no. So I said, “You know what? Cancel my order, please. I’ll go somewhere where they value my money.”
To that, he responded, “That’s fine; for the $2.70 you’re paying, it doesn’t matter if you go somewhere else.”
What’s funny is that this chain often sends countless emails inviting us to buy here, and yet the employees treat customers like this? I would like the General Manager to contact me. Thank you.

This is a Steak 'n Shake. Do you really need a stranger on the internet to tell you what you already know? It's salt, grease, and sugar. Eat it, make your brain fire off pleasure chemicals like the 4th of July, and then feel shame later for your irresponsible dining choice.

Was craving a shake! Was thinking Banana and Oreo, turns out the guy at the drive through was probably annoyed already, was in a way scolding me, not sure why perhaps I appeared young. He mistakenly misheard 2? I told him it was one! He seemed bothered and pronounced how I should order it in both Spanish and English, I did not bother paying for both if that was the issue. Anyways; good customer service is always appreciated!
