Sandwiches were sent with freezing cold steak, cold meatballs, broken cold chesse that looked like it had been dropped, untoasted soggy bread, and the wrapping was covered in dark brown smears and stains. its crazy they allowed that food to go out and didnt even apologize. when asking for a manager I was told they wont be available for a week and that I could try and stop by sometime after 12 on Monday. I've eaten here twice and both times the restaurant was clean and the service was friendly and courteous. The sandwiches were made exactly how I wanted them and they were delicious!

I come to this location often but not after today. Tell me how I had a coupon but they charge you extra for using it. I got 3 footings for 17.99 and they charged me extra for it so I paid like $25? I had no extra meat or anything. Not coming back here with coupons. Coupons are supposed to help you save money not add extra money. Crazy.
