I placed an order for delivery by DoorDash. I never got my food and I used a $10 gift card. I called my bank so I will get my money back but how do I get my gift card back. Plus they won’t answer the phone! Very unhappy with the service.

What's is the point of having coupons mailed to the people if the local subways in the area don't honor most of them. Went to 3 local subways and all had the same signs that they only honor certain coupon. Corpate will be notified of this.

I placed an order to pick it up. When we got home and opened our incredible sandwich, they only had a little slice of meat. These people seem to have restricted hams and meats. I don't believe how they can do something like that. ?

Go here if you want a bread sandwich. I have NEVER had a sandwich from Subway with the lack of meat on these. I bought all foot longs, 2 American and 2 chicken teriyaki. I literally had to look for the meat on both of them. Even the vegetables were skimpy. My kids were still hungry.
Fast service but they skimped on the meat & toppings. Felt like I was mostly eating bread!
