Staff was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Request to owner to hire decent staff who knows how to talk instead of saving money by doing cheap hiring. You are ruining your own business with bad customer service.

Staff guy was not paying attention to the request and kept missing several things for 3 sandwiches we had order. This has happened multiple times.

Staff guy with heavy accent thinks that he owns the subway and keep changing the coupon policies and make stories of his own and forces you to buy other stuffs.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to! I have them once chance before but this was it. The ingredients they put on the sub are scarce, the steak and cheese had hardly any steak it was just bread and this isn’t the first time it’s happened here. Cheap cheap cheap owner stay away I’m reporting to corporate

No professionalism! Not only did they not have the order ready on time when I went inside to ask why is it taking so long? He’s like it’s “not ready yet”, mind you it’s past 10 minutes with what was supposed to be ready at curbside. He couldn’t even apologize .I Said I wanted a refund there was no attempt to try to make it right or nothing. OK was his answer. first and last time ever coming to this location again. They try so hard to save money knowing weekends are busy. They only have one person working because they don’t wanna have to pay other people. This was the owner who the doesn’t want to hire help!

Placed an online order it said it was ready got there 15 mins after order was supposed to be done I asked for it and it wasn't done they said there busy with an order I was told to wait and I did other people came in and they got taken care of first I am 100% disputing the charge nothing was ready why lie on the app and say it is I am sure this will mean nothing but I will never visit this location again stay away from here

This is the second experience with them. Since they changed to different owner, staff is very rude and arrogant to talk to. Most of the time they dont accept advertised coupons and if they accept some, they put their own conditions on it. Some times they dont have enough ingredients. I am avoiding this place from now on.

Everytime I walk into this place, the manager, Rush, never fails to put a smile on my face with a warm welcome. There is never any issue with adding more toppings and the employees aren’t stingy with ingredients like other locations. The atmosphere great, the service is great, all around great. Definitely the best service I’ve received in any Subway.

There is one guy with Green eyes who always talks to us in Spanish which is fine but he gets mad if you don’t respond back in Spanish. This guy I believe used to or still does work in the spring street location in south elgin too, he claims he was a Spanish teacher and tries to tell my mom who is from Mexico that she doesn’t say the right words in Spanish. It’s just an overall annoying experience every time we come in and he helps us especially when he doesn’t even speak Spanish very good, it’s a very weird and awkward time he was almost like yelling at my mom today it made it uncomfortable.
