I have Eosinophilic Esophagitis which causes me to have an allergic reaction for hours when I eat meat. It's not dangerous but it's incredibly uncomfortable. These guys put chicken in my quesadilla when I didn't ask for it, and when I brought it back to complain after eating some they barely acknowledged it, and then gave me a new one that also wasn't what I ordered either.

I’ve been too understanding in the past…we have had MANY incorrect orders… and this location consistently gets our order wrong. One time my husband went in after going in the drive through to get it corrected and they had the audacity to tell him he “ordered wrong.” Well we had a mostly okay order last time though my diet Mountain Dew was mostly just seltzer water. Tonight my 7 year old cried because he wanted Doritos tacos and instead we got regular hard tacos. After comforting him we convinced him that the regular tacos were okay. We were OF COURSE charged for Doritos tacos which are way more. Then I take a sip of my diet Mountain Dew…all seltzer again. Yall have one job. I’ve worked in the food industry!! Maybe clarify with customers, write things down, read what you write??! We are so tired of mystery meals. The remodeling seems like they’re fixing the wrong thing.

they forgot my tomatoes on the mexican pizza, didn’t put the sauce in the quesadilla and gave us a hard gordita shell that was almost inedible. the quality of this taco bell has gone down a lot in the past few months, i usually can trust them to get my order right and make the food well but it’s just been bad and lacking the last few times. and for how expensive taco bell is now, it’s not worth paying $7 for a mexican pizza and missing a whole ingredient or $7 for a quesadilla and missing the best part. just ridiculous.

Drinks here are horrible. They need to recalibrate their machines desperately the ratios are way off. The food is hit or miss. In the majority of my visits I've gotten broken tacos (basically falling apart) so maybe stick with burritos & nachos.

My wife just went to order and pickup 8 tacos. The tacos were disintegrating/falling a part from the bottom; meat was separated and broken off from the soft/watery shell. In my opinion the tacos had been made for at least 45min-to an hr. I called them and the manager asked me if I was traing to get the order for free and remade. That was not my consern. She said the tacos were made on the spot. We live 6 minutes from their location and there is no way the tacos are/were going to get that way in lass that 12 minutes. The tacos only came with 4 pouches of salsa and 2 napkins.

It felt like I was being judged the whole time I was there by customers and workers alike. Food was decent though so I can’t complain.
I decided to try the nuggets because they looked pretty good in the pictures Taco Bell posts but when I received my order I was at a loss for words. It felt like I was the victim of some type of horrible joke! I have never seen anything edible that looks like this, it literally looked like dry dog poop. Even tho I was disgusted I still decided to try eating them because i paid $20 for a steak quesadilla and the nugget combo on DoorDash which is also outrageous! As soon as I bit the nugget it felt like I was bitting a rock but I closed my eyes and just bit harder eventually biting thru only to realize there was no chicken inside…. It was hollow just breading that’s it so I spit it out. I thought okay maybe that was just a really bad one let me try another one, it was a horrible idea! The next one was not hard but as soon as I bit into it I was disgusted even more! It tasted like bitting into a smoked cigarette I threw away my entire order, threw up then brushed my teeth! I even thought about calling the police and filing a report or something because I have never been so disgusted by food in my life! Shame on the employee who had the guts to box up whatever that was and thought someone would eat it. I will never order from this Taco Bell again in my life and hope a representative messages me so we can talk about this horrible incident.

Just had one of THE worst experiences with this Taco Bell I've ever had and I've had multiple terrible experiences at this restaurant. Went through the drive thru with my wife and we both had mobile orders which we saw both orders come up on the speaker display panel and told to move forward. After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes they give my wife her order but forget mine. We're told to wait in the parking lot and someone will bring out our order. Another 15 minutes go by and I can see several customers also waiting for their order and decided to go inside to wait. I was told by the cashier that it would still be a few more minutes because they were short handed, but could clearly see at least six employees working in the back (I've been here with only three people working and have gotten the food faster). After another 10 minutes they tell me that I have to go through the drive thru again after telling me to wait outside for my food. At that point we asked to speak with the manager and she finally told us our food would be out shortly after an additional 5 minutes. We finally got my order and wanted to get out of there after waiting almost an hour and when we get home see that they even got my order wrong and forgot items. Don't think I'll ever be coming back to this Taco Bell ever again.

I recently visited Taco Bell on Summit Ave in Elgin, and the experience was great thanks to the friendly and courteous employees! The staff was attentive and made sure everything was in order. The manager was especially diligent, keeping things running smoothly while checking in with customers.
And, of course, the **Steak Quesadilla** was delicious as always—perfectly cheesy and full of flavor. A solid visit thanks to the excellent service and consistent food quality. Will definitely be back! 🌮🔥
