Messed up my vegan wife's order. Don't know how it's so difficult to not put cheese on something when we clearly ordered it with no cheese. Not to mention they're already higher priced than others in the area, like one McLean and by the old mall in Dundee. Go there instead if you can- still waiting on an option to choose a location for delivery in the Taco Bell app.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars cause the service I receive yesterday, terrible doesn’t even come close to it. Went inside to order our food in the evening and almost waited 25minutes for a simple order. There is no sense of urgency in the employees ontop it took almost 10 minutes for someone to help a gentlemen at the counter. You could see there are plenty of people working on the back but not a single person even acknowledged this man and walk by. I would be embarrassed if I was any of these employees because of their work effort. And fast food workers want to get paid how much now… I’m sorry but no one at this location deserves $1 and hour with how terrible and unprofessional they are. Also managers must be ashamed of themselves, all comes down from top to the lower employees. How can you not manage your location and make it run efficient and such. That’s why these people will be in fast food or dead end jobs, no drive or motivation and it’s sad

This is the worst Taco Bell in the Chicagoland area. My order is all wrong almost everytime I come here. My taco barely had any items in it and it looks horrible. This place needs to get shut down because the people working there don’t care at all.

I asked him to make an alteration to one of the food items. When I got home it just looked nasty. I asked them to change the double stuffed taco from cheese to beans and they barely put any beans on there. I think it was a young lady. A black girl with fake yellow hair who made my food. Never going to eat there again

Ordered food and waited over 15 min and when the food was received, it was cold and completely incorrect and then also missing items didn't help and attitude when confronting the staff makes it all the worse. Priorities are not set straight with this establishment.

This location always leaves something to be desired. This time I got a cantina bowl which is advertised to have DOUBLE chicken and yet I can barely find it. And I asked for 2 sauces packets. They rang in 6 and gave me like 30! Ridiculous waste. I'll stick to the Sutton Rd location in Streamwood from now on. Food is always good and friendly service there.
