I go to this location once or twice a week. Normally well managed and efficient. But it has some hiccups. Going out in a snow storm today, I was distracted and didn’t realize I was shorted my frosty for son in mobile app order after waiting 8 minutes for tenders. The tenders were slightly undercooked and chewy besides not getting proper order. This is normally well run but not today. And they make it impossible to make a complaint online after you fill all the information in with receipt and location #. It eventually falls into McEvil territory and won’t even consider.

Wendy’s is always consistent with their orders, and the sauces are amazing! The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is quick and friendly. Sandra was especially helpful and kind, and the gentleman at the front was also very courteous and welcoming. Great service all around!

Their system wasn’t working properly and they didn’t know how to fix it. Had to waste an entire hour waiting because they had me do a mobile order. I wanted to use some rewards and instead I had to waste my time and be charged more money. Had to spend more money and more time is the worse thing a business can do to a customer
Very bad service we went to buy on Saturday at 8:35 pm and the girl who took my order treated me very badly, she did not give me the total on the spit and she also did not tell me what sales I moved to the second sales for my order and when I left The girl to collect did not say hello and as I asked for my fresh food they were murmuring among themselves and in a very bad way she told me to move and come back in three minutes which made me angry and at the same time sad and I came without the food they have a service very bad

Again got the same burger ordered no cheese only lettuce pickle mustard and lettuce biggie bag fresh fries maybe but I don't even expect that anymore. Still put cheese that would be fine if the burger was hot enough to melt it

One night around 11 pm I bought a mushroom burger with 3 meats. When I took the first bite, the meat tasted strange. As long as it was out of the fridge, it tasted horrible like it was already going bad. I don't shop at Wendy's anymore. I was disappointed
