I go to this location once or twice a week. Normally well managed and efficient. But it has some hiccups. Going out in a snow storm today, I was distracted and didn’t realize I was shorted my frosty for son in mobile app order after waiting 8 minutes for tenders. The tenders were slightly undercooked and chewy besides not getting proper order. This is normally well run but not today. And they make it impossible to make a complaint online after you fill all the information in...

Wendy’s is always consistent with their orders, and the sauces are amazing! The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is quick and friendly. Sandra was especially helpful and kind, and the gentleman at the front was also very courteous and welcoming. Great service all around!

One night around 11 pm I bought a mushroom burger with 3 meats. When I took the first bite, the meat tasted strange. As long as it was out of the fridge, it tasted horrible like it was already going bad. I don't shop at Wendy's anymore. I was disappointed
