I went to the drive thru at approximately 10:15am to order some burgers.The man said they are still serving breakfast, no burgers until lunch.I asked him if all Wendy's served burgers at the same time and he sad yes.I told him that I go to the one in Mount Prospect on Busse road all the time before 9:30 am and they me burgers no questions asked.He proceeded to tell me that they don't. I called the one on Randall Road to see if they had burgers this early.The man on the phone was very polite and said I could get burgers anytime, I might have to wait a few minutes though, no problem here. I guess this location needs the money more than the other location. This will be my new go to location, even though it's a little further.

This. Morning experience was not a good one. My food was thrown around in my bag which caused my Biscuit sandwich to be stuck to the wrapper and the inside of my wendys bag. Their attitudes matched the way my sandwich looked when I opened it to eat this morning.

I was told by a manager last night/morning after purchasing food from this location that my order was missing a item from one of my bags and I would like to get refunded for that bag or have it redone now That rude Manager that’s on the shift now told me No because a note wasn’t set to the side and I’ll would have to wait until she gets there. I don’t like people like that just rude disrespectful inconsiderate just completely disgusting! I spunt my hard earned money to come somewhere and be treated with no humanity and no respect is beyond me I would never spend another dime here again fries be cold and they re-fry them
