AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Two times my 10pc spicy nuggets was regular nuggets, fine whatever.
This time I just got no nuggets and only the other food. Called and left a complain online and have heard NOTHING back. It's not even like they misheard my order. I placed it online.
People here, and corporate wendy's, don't give a shit about getting you the right food. Once they have your money you're on your own. Absolutely pathetic service.

I usually do not give reviews but I am going to make sure I go out of my way to give a review for the cashier who placed my order in the drive thru I believe her name is Guillermina. Guillermina was absolutely amazing and very professional. She made us feel very comfortable and welcoming!!! However higher up sees this comment and does something nice for her!

Hands down the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve been in. Very courteous and efficient staff.
So I asked for no receipt in my bag and Jonathan still maid sure to give me a receipt on top of my fries and the girl who took my order was super rude and couldn’t even get my coffee right I think we should all just make this place a favor and not even bother purchasing from here at all it seems like it’s to much to ask for the simple things in this place so glad this happened I won’t even bother going back this place sucks for real not the first time this happens at this location either

I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal thru the drive thru, got a straw no coke. I was waiting for the coke and some woman opened the drive thru window stared at us and asked the other employee what did we want. Very rude.

There is a gruff manager there, quite argumentative like somebody else said in the reviews. I asked for 2 orders of Big baco classic, no pickles no onions, and I heard he said no bacon no onions. Corrected him and he sounded upset, so I got upset too. No matter the correction, he got me just 1 order, with no bacon and no onion. This guy needs to be more polite and crank the volume on the headset or learn to listen.
