Every time I order a 4 for 4 it comes out quick. They don’t usually mess up my order or forget things in my bag, like utensils and napkins, or syrup/sauces unlike the Randall location. Always better to park and order inside. Usually, I avoid cheap burger joints unless I am trying to spend <$5.

Ordered a Jr. Biggie bag and a $6 dollar normal biggie bag. Both were blt chickens. Waited 10 minutes to get food while it was completely devoid of business other than a single car that pulled up behind us well after we ordered and were waiting.I received two Jr. Biggie bags, one of the sandwiches didn't even have tomato or bacon on it, and everything else on that order was cold. I called to see if there was anything they could do for me and no one answered the phone- but even as I write this- they are still open.Normally, I have decent experiences here, and I also did come half an hour to close, so I'm only rating a 3 star rather than lower due to it not always being like this.Hope those employees are getting paid well cause from this trip it doesn't seem like they get paid even close to enough to make sure that an order is right.All said. I will be returning, the Biggie bag deal is too good even if it gets messed up from time to time.

Overall, food was good. Although, they had gotten my order wrong once, I called they compensated me with the same order BUT was wrong again, so I called again, and spoke to Carmen the manager of the night crew, she compensated me again with the same meal, and everything was correct! Thank you Carmen, you’re service is much appreciated!

Worst experience ever so I called and told him that my son got sick of the chicken biscuit we ordered this morning and he kept on throwing up this was the only thing he ate! For him to say they had 1500 hundred customers and didn’t have no complaints and he didn’t try to fix the problem very rude manager if I was you I would stay away from this nasty location I will never go back worst service ever go to the Wendy’s on Dundee Ave or the one on Randall

Be aware of this Wendy's to bad i give one start for the service when you order somthing and give you the wrong order they blame at you is one big nose gay he clame to be the owner of the place but i don't belive the owner have the attitude like this guy. He say he owns 3 Wendy's i will find out for sure. I feel bad for the Employees. I ask him for his name he refuses to give me his name.
