I've been going here for a couple years now, and while the area and the customer service isn't the greatest, the food is pretty much always fantastic. It's better than most fast food places in the area, and its WENDYS! You have to be insane to not like Wendys.However, being honest here, while most of my visits here have been overwhelmingly positive, there have been some mistakes and nitpicks here or there. Sometimes they might forget to take off mayo on your burger. Sometimes the nuggets won't feel as crispy and delicious, and that can also apply with the fries. However, I've never had an outright BAD experience here. And on the plus side, the burger I get (Baconator) is always perfect when I get it, so I probably shouldn't be complaining.

This place sucks! Took nearly 21 minutes to get my inside order. First they said they were waiting on fries. Fine. Then they filled every order except mine, even people that were on the board LATER than mine. Only tried to fill it after I inquired about it taking so long. Then they had no idea what I ordered despite the ticket being right there. My table ordered at the same time and nearly finished their food before I got mine.French fries were warm at best and all tiny broken pieces. Lettuce was the hard knob at base of the head…you know… the tastiest part.Service 0/5, possibly -1/5

Had Wendy new sausage egg cheese muffin. Not good. Wendy, do yourself a favor and stop serving breakfast. Keep working on the square burgers and the baked potatoes. What you are good at! Oh the coffee was good either.
Careful with this wendys they on some shady shady. I ordered my food paid cash 13.76 when I get my receipt it days toral was 11.59 when I go back and ask why I overpaid they said they applied a coupon that I didn't have. So what I paid was correct. So who keeps the extra 2 dllrs? Is that what yall doing per cash customer? Shady.

The customer service is terrible, they always give me the wrong order and are very rude when they are taking the order, even trying to be friendly, I do not receive good treatment from terrible staff at night.

I went to this Wendy's just today and I ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget they made me wait 15 minutes after they said 3 minutes and then proceeded to give me 8 nuggets after asking me at the window if I would like to wait for 10 or take the 8 they had made already I said I would wait and they said they would make new ones they obviously didn't and I had to wait longer for cold ass food I will never go back to this place they never get orders right I always have to go back and their service is terrible each time!!!!!!!!!
