DISGUSTING- picked up an online order (pizza), got home, and opened the box to find multiple pieces missing!?

I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed with this place that I had to. I was craving a sandwich coming south on Randall and found this place through Google Maps. I called and ordered the Italian Cold Cut panini. This was one of the best sandwiches I've had around here. I'm from the east coast, where sandwiches are thick. White Cottage did not disappoint.

I called to order a pizza but ended up not ordering at all because of how rude the girl on the phone was. She had absolutely no customer service skills and made the experience so unpleasant that I decided to take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FOR A PARTY! It doesn’t come on-time. I had placed a pizza order for a kids party on Thursday. I was placed on hold confirming that the$188 pizzas would be delivered from 2-2:30 on Saturday. It was confirmed multiple times on the call everything was in place. Saturday at the party no pizza shows for 25 kids and 25 adults. We call at 3 they say they are in their way…we call at 3:30 again. They say they are on their way. We call at 4.again they say they are in their way. I’m placing orders with Door Dash from other Rosati‘s costing me more money. Again at 4:30 I speak to ast manager who says the pizza has left and I’ve now asked for a credit and what happen. She is raising her voice with me saying someone car isn’t running orders are backed up. I said why did you lie the first time and say it was on its way and hangs up the phone. To say the entire party agreed never ever order from White Cottage Pizza.

This is by far the best pizza around here they cook it perfect too. Not gonna lie I worked 2 mins from this place for 8 years I've tried everything and was never disappointed. My top favorites are the pizza, the lemon chicken, the wraps, and calamari. Definitely recommend this place.

While it was empty while me and my family were there it was a nice environment. The pizza was great. It was nice and hot. And came out perfect and fast for fresh made pizza. We bought a pizza and a two liter soda and it was perfectly priced. We went to get another soda and the cashier gave it to us for free. She is the best. And this whole experience was the best.
I was just picking up my order but I was very happy with the food and the great customer service.

It is really good pizza. Easy online ordering, polite staff. And the pizza is delicious. Chicago stuffed. Toppings might be a little light for the additional price. Overall a great pizza but definitely a premium price. Little seating in the building, more of a take out place.

Delicious pizza in Elgin area. My first time here and we loved it. It’s more of a take out place. They do have few tables to dine in there as well. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something that’s local and not a national pizza chain.
