Pizza is pretty good most of the time. But worst customer service!!! They are soooo rude there!!! And extremely money hungry! You have to give them your coupon code when making the order and if you then forget your $1 off they make you leave and bring it in order to give you the $1 off! Whats the point of having to give the code over the phone then? Cant u just say ok please make sure you bring it next time instead of making me leave in the freezing cold to get it?? And once i ordered our free pizza from collecting the 24 coupons and put the order under my number instead of my husbands. The owner embarrased me by accusing me of stealing them from somewhere and when i told him my husband orders from here usually i just didnt know his new number by heart, he made me look it up to count how many pizzas he ordered before, to make sure i did not steal them. He literally harassed ne over these things in front of other customers. Soo sad!! Getting really fed up with this place and their horrible attitudes and service!!!

Ordered carry out from website and there was a glitch that caused an issue. Management was super helpful in resolving the issue. Always love getting the pastas from here for family birthday parties.

I want to commend the closing staff. We went here after my kiddos rehearsal at blizzard theater it was around 9:35. She really was hungry after a long day and tough rehearsal. Sadly door was locked. And ovens were being shit down. Cue disappointment from my kiddo when I got into car. A man came out just as I was pulling out and offered to make us the pizza we only wanted a cheese and a medium so it was all good They were out by 10 closing time and we had deicious pizza that made a little blister in the roof of our mouth because well you know hot cheese! ? and bonded over listening to Chappell Roan while we waited. And he even brought it to the car even though I was waiting to the moment, I saw the box so I didn’t have to inconvenience them anymore so nice and . Over all precious moment and hot cheezy ? much gratitude for this.

Ok so it's been over 25 yrs since I had white cottage pizza. Still super yummy pizza I can't do five stars bc it WAS ICE COLD PIZZA!!! Come on Why??? I know bc the driver was on one end of town and he came here last. Why would you give your driver opposite ends of town?? I was and still am sooooo pissed. I raved to the hubby how good their pizza was. When you get an ice cold pizza, your starving as it is, and the driver is 35min late, it makes me think maybe I shouldn't order from them? Really disappointed after 25+ yrs. I should just get a refund or a new pizza delivered. Let them warm it up in the microwave so it gets even worse tasting! Signed, 1 Unhappy customer
