Yesterday I ordered for delivery 2 beefs and a fry at 3:30. They said it would be there within the hour 4:30 came around and no food Was delivered yet ,so I called the lady that answered the phone was rude she told me the food would be delivered in 15min I had to ask for a discount she never offered. 15 minutes goes by and still no food . It didn't arrive until 5:30. I called back and said the food was cold and 2 hours late. I said I wanted a credit on my account for what I ordered. She said that wasn't going to happen so I asked to talk to the owner they said he wouldn't be in until to morning call then and she hung up on me. I called a couple of times today and asked for the owner but he was never in. She told me he's rarely there and he wouldn't give me anything she also told me to stop calling for him and hung up on me. You would think they would do something for a customer for food cold and being 2 hours late. There food is good but the employees are very rude and disrespectful

This spot took us by surprise! We had time after a youth baseball game in the area, and our team stopped by for lunch. It's small, but delivers great food, great customer service and a good atmosphere to get a good bite and watch sports on the two TVs. Will definitely visit in the future!

Ordered Harold’s chicken, it was terrible. Definitely not the Harold’s chicken taste you get in Chicago. If I could give them zero stars for taste, zero stars for the price I would. Extremely over priced. If you’re going to charge a fortune for food, please make sure it tastes good!

I've been living West of Rt. 59 for over 8 years. Finally a Delicious Chicago Quality Gyro. The presentation was perfect, gyro meat browned to perfection, fresh onions and tomatoes, golden brown pita and top notch tyziki...Also cheesy beef on garlic bread delicious and Phily Steak bowl....

I wasn't a fan at all after my 3-4 vists but only came back for the Harold's Chicken Express. Glad someone passed over somewhat of the recipe, but pretty much the only thing I will eat. Ok spot for fast food take out.

I want to change my star rating, but right now, it is a two. The past 3 times we have come in, the burger has been raw in my Factory Burger. Some of it is on me, and I'm too scared to tell the staff that it's raw. I think just reminding your cooks the importance of proper meat preparation is important. Please, if this is fixed the next time we come in, I WILL change it to a 5, where it belongs...this is one of my favorite restaurants... but yeah...proper food safety is very important.
I want to add, I also had plastic in my cheese too this last time. Please make your cooks take a refresher on Serve Safe. I say this with no malice either.

First time here after all these years... Def not the last! Hands down best chicken Philly I've ever had, wings way above average, and the fries -- well they're just as they look -- Def NOT health food and beyond delicious!!! Great, friendly service too. Prices are getting up there, as they are everywhere, and most of what I saw is a little more than it's listed online but again, I'm finding that most places nowadays. Guessing everyone leaving bad reviews are trying to get something for nothing cuz this place is FIRE! Cannot wait to try the burgers or zza! Thank u!

Dont get me wrong, the food is good. Not trying to be overly critical but I wanted a cup of water and the dude wanted to charge me 0.27
I had spicy burger juices all over my hands so I really didn't feel like pulling out my credit card, not to mention I tipped him $4 on my order so asking me to pay for a water cup mostly just pissed me off and shows a lack of social awareness on his end.
I will still come back for the food. But just my 2 cents for that 1 worker.

I have been ordering factory burger time to time. Today, I have to leave a review just because this is the 3rd time they have messed up. I spent $9 on factory burger and came home with only patty and onion....I only asked with no onions, no cheese, and no cheddar sauce...but it didn't even come with bacon and hot papers... It definitely felt disappointed, especially when you craving it. I will still go back for their burger, but definitely needs to check before heading back home.
They charged me $6 for 2 cups of water. Very upsetting ): when I asked about it, they said they had to charge me it like a soda. Seems very greedy to me.

Sat down at a table for 10 min. Table was so filthy I literally need to go home and shower to get off whatever is on my arm from the dirty table. Gross ?

Worst customer service experience ever. I spent $100 on an order and they made a mistake. When I called to inform the manager she said they normally require that I come back the same day to get my mistaken items, but made an exception that I could come the next day. But when I call the next day the lady I spoke to was so rude. She refused to honor the request. She was short with me and then hung up. When I called back to get her name to lodge a complaint she refused to give me her name. All this for $11...
I've been a loyal customer for a while but never again!!! The service has gotten horrible and the food was already declining (especially for the price). This solidified that I will never return. You can only cut so many corners with service and quality. And if business is so tight that you had to STEAL my $11 instead of retaining a loyal customer, I just hope it was worth it.
***Update to post: as I look at all the negative posts for this restaurant I see that my review will more than likely fall on deaf ears because their track record on here shows a major lack of accountability. I have yet to see any form of apology or ownership of mistakes on various reviews dating back over a year ago. Dismissed everyone as a scammer ? Horrible business practices***
