Our family orders from here frequently for pick up and I must say these gentlemen are always so kind to me on the phone when I order! I really think they are great and they always get it right the first time!
Big Sammy's has been in Elk Grove Village for a long time, and many people love the food. But, I find it has become way overpriced for what it is... fried frozen food and burgers and hot dogs, etc. It's greasy fast food. Small tater tots - $5.55. A double cheeseburger - $9.50. My wife had a pizza puff ($4.50) and cheese curds ($6.50). A corn dog for $4.55. Our quick meal cost $34, and it was disappointing. Of our meal, the only part cooked with some fresh ingredients...
