The team here is super friendly and very responsive. I usually get a response through email in 2-3 hours. Whenever I need inventory, they let me pick it up the next day at the Warehouse. When they deliver, it’s always on Thursdays and very reliable. Great company to deal with!
Placed a rather large order. Was never notified they were out of stock on product. I was still charged anyway and had to request my bill to be adjusted. They do not credit original payment back and only put a credit on your account for the next order. I would not be out of product right now if I was informed it never made it on the order 7 days ago.
It was my third time there and they were very nice and helpful I’m glad to have a business with them , i highly recommend them for any boba question or products.
