True 'hole in the wall' experience. I was concerned I would get good ole food poisoning with bad hygienic standards, but all was well. They don't skimp out on the servings. It's nice. Too bad, most places are not like this. The beef was good, much better than Portillo's, but the pricing could be a little more affordable.

You will need a large amount of napkins with the beef, and they do give you those napkins, ha! I will be back. It's my 'new' beef place since the others went too commercial.

By far one of my favorite beef’s hot dipped. I had to make my way in on a Thursday, as they close at 4pm. I’ve recently tried 2 other EGV beefs and this place rules. This is their regular size and they offer the Big Bubby, a 9” for you big eaters. Great heat and flavor from the giardiniera. Perfect flavor and tender chew with the beef. They also offer combo meals at a great savings. No fries today for me, but their fresh cut fries looked great. Super friendly staff greet you as you enter. Their dip is a good 3 seconds and requires 3 layers of wrapping, each layer yielding more gravy. This is one of those sandwiches that you don’t want to put down once you start. Requires plenty of napkins too. I give this bad boy a 9.6.

Our family stopped here after a very long drive back home and we are SO GLAD we did! Outstanding customer service. So friendly and personable, everything you’d expect from a business owner and/or employee. The food was great with generous portions. (Best Italian sausage sandwich my husband has ever had) You could tell everything was fresh. We will definitely be back and recommending to friends and family.
