Very disappointing milkshake! There was hardly any ice cream (if any) in the shake. It was more like chocolate milk thickened with ice . It appears to been made with ice like a coffee drink. It was very runny which I tried to demonstrate with one picture. This is not worth the money nor the calories. I came here a couple years ago ago and wanted to give them another chance. My advice for a milkshake is go to Oberweis on Algonquin Road in Rolling Meadows (ten stars for Oberweis) or go to Dairy Queen on Devon in Elk Grove.

I’m not sure what’s going on with Dunkin Corporate but I’m sure they are well aware their cups leak coffee almost every time. Unfortunately I can’t do business with Dunkin until they resolve this issue I’ll have to get coffee somewhere else.

Very kind staff working today at around 5:30 a m. without ulterior motive also. Very clean, delicious food and coffee made just right at this Biesterfield Rd., Elk Grove Village location. The staff working this morning do not paint poor people in a negative light that come into the store I have noticed. Very nice guys! Very clean restroom as well.Vegetarian options: I know they have avocado toast, possibly they have more.

This Dunkin Donuts cafe is a very friendly place. Coffee and donuts are made fresh. Place is clean and so are coffee brewers. No bad aftertaste. Servise is excellent and very friendly.
What’s the point of telling the drive thru speaker you have a mobile order if you’re going to have to explain it a second time at the window after they demand payment for someone else’s order? I don’t know why this particular Dunkin can’t figure out how to sequence a mobile order into their drive thru… have never had an issue at any other location or with their competitors. In fact, when this location first opened it wasn’t an issue. It’s only this last year or so. Is it a minor thing? Yeah, the first time. But I’m here almost every morning… you’d think they could figure it out. Between the confusion and the language barrier, they mess up orders more often than any other location I’ve been to.

Solid breakfast food, the place is nice you do have to watch out in that narrow drive through though. Also they don't have donuts a lot of the time we come here shockingly enough.
