This is why you don't combine multiple frosted donuts in a bag without separating them with sheets. This has been an ongoing issue with this location and I've brought it up before. They don't care.

I ordered matcha by app 15 min ago, and came, door ls are closed. Went to drive thru, and he said I have to wait, but my order was ready, I was waiting there with cars 10 min, and after he started preparing it again, I have wait more time. Does that matter that I worked until 10 pm, after came to just pick it up. It made me so nervous, just can’t give ready order. Why he is putting into bag. It took more time.
