I order the same breakfast every morning thru the drive thru. 2 scrambled eggs and 3 sausage patties. My order has always been correct except for the last 3 times. Last week I received 2 eggs and one sausage patty, yesterday I received 2 eggs and 2 sausage patties, so on today’s order I wanted to make sure I received the 3 sausage patties, so I checked the bag and yes they were there, but only (1) scrambled egg. Absolutely — I’d make it firm and specific, but still fair and credible so it’s useful to both customers and management:
I come here fairly often and use the McDonald’s app for both drive-thru and mobile orders. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the lack of consistency and attention to order modifications.
