I normally try to give places a few chances before giving them a low rating. I've gone here 3 times in the past month for breakfast and every time they've burned the bagel for my sandwich. Not just brown, like BLACK inside. It's so hard I have to rip pieces off just to make it edible. Of course I didn't notice the first two times until I got home. It's really not hard to make a new bagel if you absolutely scorched the first one. Don't give it to the customer like that. ?

Close this place! Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single time you go through the drive thru you get parked and wait 15mins. Orders are constantly wrong, not sure who runs this location but they need a lot of help.

I came got some stuff including a milkshake. The vanilla milkshake was brown and almost completely black on the bottom. I called and they said they’d give me a new one. So I go back and the kid is telling me “that’s just how it is” and walks away. Then he comes back and asks if I need anything else… like yea! I need a vanilla shake not a dirt shake
I ordered one meal for myself and the lady in the drive thru was extremely impatient. When I asked for the total she was rude and handed me the wrong change. Honestly any other McDonald’s is better than this one
