Classic pizza place. Been going there for all of the 40 years it has been open. Sad to see it close. Thanks for 40+ amazing years!

I have been going there since it first opened, over 40 years ago. Super nice owners with Marie and Joe, and their excellent employee, Sal. Great burgers and dogs, and my favorite fries ever! They have excellent pizza and a lot more!

I was in the mood for some hot dogs for lunch today, so I figured I would go to this joint, had some great reviews and looked like a hole-in-the-wall/mom-pop type of place.

So, I have ordered their #5 (2 hot dogs, fries and a drink) and I probably should have ordered something else... I placed my order at the counter.

First of all, it took forever to get my food, people after me got their food before me, given that there were slices, but they came with fries, so not sure why I had to wait longer than others. Second of all, the food was disappointing... The fries were your typical, frozen out the bag, average fries. The hot dogs were so so... beating them off was a bit of a challenge, not sure if it was because they sat out a bit too long before they were served or because of the quality of the hot dog itself. Average at best!

I paid with cash, however, there is a 4% charge for using a card and a $5.50 minimum on the card... Look, I get it, I just personally hate it when they have different rules...

Overall a C experience!

They close at 7:00 pm. Tonight we began calling at 5:50, because I know they stop answering their phone at 6:30pm. The phone rang and rang, no answer. Tried every few minutes between 5:50 and 6:15 and finally gave up....They have great food but they really don't want dinner business...

Very good Italian beef and fries. I'd say both are some of the best around. Pasta dishes are good too. Their sauce is homemade. Also, prices are very reasonable.

This place is an absolute staple of elk Grove local pizza, their sauce is the best in the surrounding towns, and I have tried a lot. I pick up from Munchies as often as I can even though I have moved further away because nothing near me gers even close to how good their pizza is. Their pan pizza is my favorite, and the owners (mother and son) know me just by my order. They are so incredibly friendly and always ask about my family. My family loves their jumbo friends and like to get the Italian beef on garlic bread.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies options for toppings

Parking: Tons of open spaces

Kid-friendliness: Lots of room for families to come in and sit. A great place to take the team after games.

Pie had more dough than usual so it's thicker but I'd rather have thicker toppings. Good work break meal though

I’ve been dining in that restaurant for over 20 years. I love the lasagna cheesy garlic, bread and wine. Slice of cheese pizza french fries are all my go to Food and it’s always delicious.
