“Honestly when looking at reviews, I disagree with all the negative feedback. Working with customer service has really taught me customers are never fully satisfied especially if they’re picky and just plain miserable. If you don’t like something why go and spread hate. The place is clean, affordable, and delicious 10/10 would come back. Keep up the good work. Plus it was my first time coming and they gave me this free little reusable bear water bottle 🙂↔️“

“I tried Bettina's Tea Cold Brew at the Palos Heights Farmers' Market in 2022. Delicious and Refreshing. I was hooked. I had to replenish over the winter. I placed an order via her site.
