I came in about 10:30 p.m there was a guy in the kitchen named Dre I believe he said his name was. He makes a really great pizza & he is very polite!!

They are always pretty much out of pizza if you go in there just wanting a slice or 2; they always tend to be out of things or products. They are extremely slow when you order food ahead and never get it right or on time. Manager Jen needs to learn how to take some accountability and not blame her employees when she made the mistake. Can improve on speed, keeping things in stock, and making sure food is ready correctly and on time.

I went in to order pizza, waited in the checkout line, cover the pizza and she told me that I had to order that over there where they make the pizza so lucky there waited three workers go by I told all of them but I want to order some pizza and they’re all standing behind the counter, register talking to each other us down there and wait for 15 minutes so I walked out. I guess I don’t wanna work.

How hard is it to make a sausage pizza? Had ham and pepperoni on it that I did not want because kids will not eat. The second pizza ham, bacon, peppers and mushrooms. This pizza had peppers because they were out. No mushrooms why I don't know. Elkville Casey's is the worst. Ordered from Casey's in DQ and had no problems.

Food was fresh and hot we had ordered it online. I understand different ovens cook differently. I have to say this oven is either turned on the right temperature there wasn't like burnt crispy edges on my cheesy bread. At most other Casey's the cheesy bread is extra crispy if not a little on the burnt side.

The young man that takes food orders was very kind and thoughtful and even walked outside when it was done to let us know he was very friendly and took pride in his job. It was an uplifting experience people arent really like that anymore.

I have recently been struggling with memory impairment due to epilepsy. Not looking for sympathy. I always always have my wallet under my under arm. So after paying for my items (I could notice she was looking at my wallet and thought..yep I pd..haha) so as I start walking to the door the day shift bigger black head girl stops me and in front of the store starts to accuse me of trying to steal a 88cent can of dog food! Now she says I'm not allowed. I grew up here as did my girl's! If I needed 1 can of dog food that badly I sure would have asked for a buck! Now jennifer stroud has been treating me badly. No actions as law were called bc she knew she was just bullying me.
