The food is actually pretty damn good as long as you get it made fresh.
However, there are some employees who work on the fryer and do not wear gloves nor do they wash hands between raw product and cooked product. They also handle receipt paper and not necessarily clean countertops. Those employees really should be reminded of the necessity to wash their hands between touching, raw and cooked, as well as working the front of the house and the back of the house.
Parking: The complication with the parking lot is that there are only about 12 parking spaces, including two handicap spots. However, you are driving against traffic facing the drive-thru exit when you enter the parking lot. So sometimes you may come literally nose to nose with another vehicle that is leaving the drive-thru.

Wasn't good like other Arby's the brisket was dried out and the buns on both the brisket and roast beef was old live in Chicago so it wasn't worth taking the food back.

I ordered super Arby and it was not good, it was very soggy. Curly fries were good. I do not know why they stop selling potato cakes I loved them.
The best Arby's around !! So hot and fresh fast! ? Maria was awesome! Very helpful with my order and sauce gotta have my Arby's sauce ? definitely would come back again later for another double!

We arrived at 1040. (They close at 11 on Fridays). They took our order. They left the window open and talked crap about us in Spanish. We asked for A LOT OF SAUCE. When we received our 4 sandwiches we asked for more. They refused to give us more saying we had plenty. Before we could offer to purchase any they slammed the window. Very rude woman at the window.

I and my husband ordered a half pound cheese and roast beef with curly fries, instead we were given a regular cheese and beef, we were also charged extra and recieved attitude from the employees when we drive up to have the order fixed, beware of the drive thru, the workers there do not know basic ordering in english!!???
