I completed a live phone call for a pick up on pizza, wings, cheese sticks and fries with a Keri she answered all questions and the meal was awesome with lots of left overs for two days. Thank you guys 5 stars for greatness in the pizza arena. This type of American family food has been so high tech for some of you pizza hubs to figure it out. LOSS TO THE ART OF CULINARY CUSINE (pizzeria), they lack the taste, quality. After going home took a bite of my pizza and it was very cold. Called the store to let them know and Jessica goes like “ you can come back and ill warm it up for you”. So they want you to come spend your money here then go out of your way, go back and forth and what not so YOU, the customer, can fix their mistakes. Ridiculous attitude towards customers, straight up playing stupid and full of sarcasm. If YOU messed up my order then YOU have to service me because im a paying customer not the other way aroundGood luck to you

Service was poor, had a curbside pick order saw the preo the food and put it to the side rated 10 mins after the pick up time no one ever brought the order outside. When in to get the food, they crew just laughed and said my bad.

This place is way over priced and nasty. My hubby and I ordered a slice of pizza how can you mess pizza up? A beef wrap the beef was pink and gross the pizza was old and just tasted terrible. I got some good diet cook that's really about it. Won't be coming back!

The last three times I've visited Bacci, they never had cheese pizza. Whether it's 5pm, 7pm, or 9pm, they're always out. This last time we were told a new cheese pizza pie would be ready in 15-20 minutes when in actuality we waited 40 minutes. They also didn't have Hawaiian or Margherita either. Absolutely ridiculous.

Jasmine and Jose from T Mobile store are scamming their customers every day. Owner knows about it and does nothing to stop it! Probably he is a part of the scam too. Some of their customers have filed court case in Elmhurst against them. Stay away and warn everybody about it!
My kids love their crazy large slices. We go once a week and use our receipt for 25% off. Great deal!

Terrible service, their staff was disrespectfulAnd they told me to wait 7 minutes and after waiting 15 minutes told me if you don’t want to wait cancel the order, and they were aggressive. I would never recommend them!Completely unprofessional!

This place is great. Theres a nice local owned vibe to it as opposed to the cold unforgiving feel of most corporate restaurants. They have quite expensive slices but the portions are massive. Friendly staff, clean facilities and tables and a great selection of beverages in the cooler. Highly recommend the Nutella desert, the loaded fries and the neopoliton pizza

The food is ok. My biggest problem with the facility is that I went in with my kids to pick up the food because the like seeing how large the slices are on display and the employee's had music with profanity playing. That is not the type of family environment I was expecting.
