A Mixed Bag at Bambu Thai Cuisine
I recently had the opportunity to dine at Bambu Thai Cuisine, and while the atmosphere was quaint, it was dated. The main dishes impressed me, however, I was thoroughly disappointed with the rice dishes. Unfortunately, it was undercooked and, quite frankly, inedible! I could not believe they would serve such a subpar staple dish, and we ended up having to discard it.
The ambiance was quaint, and our server was attentive. The main dishes were flavorful. If they can address the rice issue that may make a difference.

3 of us went for late lunch/ early dinner. Unfortunately only 2 from our group received food. My wife and I had to share her dish as in 1 hr that I waited they were not able to cook a chicken dish. Service sucks, food average, stay away!

I tried Bambu for the first time. I was pleased with egg rolls. I typically only like them with some protein, but these were accurately described in the menu and good for vegetarian. The Thai dish with chicken and eggplant was really good!

Bambu Thai Cuisine is a true hidden gem — a perfect blend of flavor, freshness, and hospitality. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive without being intrusive, and the service is consistently excellent from start to finish.
Let’s talk about the food — absolutely outstanding! Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with clearly fresh ingredients. The portion sizes are generous (seriously, come hungry or plan to take some home), and you can tell there’s real care in every bite. I especially appreciated how balanced the meals were — bold spices without being overwhelming, fresh herbs, and perfectly cooked proteins. You can taste the authenticity and passion behind each dish.
Whether you're going for a classic like Pad Thai or venturing into something new like their specialty curries, you won’t be disappointed. Even the sides and sauces feel crafted, not just added on. And for those who care about nutrition — it’s a refreshing change to find food this delicious that still feels wholesome and energizing. Everything tasted vibrant, not heavy — like it was made to nourish, not just fill.
The atmosphere itself adds to the experience — calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with subtle Thai décor and soft music that complements the meal without overpowering conversation.
All in all, Bambu Thai Cuisine is an easy 5-star experience across the board: amazing food, stellar service, and a vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer. I’ll definitely be returning soon — and bringing friends. Highly recommended!Great food, huge quantities, great service tasty fresh nutritious.

Grew up eating carryout from here. Great food with a peaceful atmosphere and fast service. Would recommend the sesame chicken and drunken noodles.

Have taken out food many times now, their curries are extremely delicious compared to other Thai and Vietnamese restaurants. The Penang noodle chicken is my favorite, especially with crispy noodles. The crab Rangoon definitely worth ordering too.

If you’re looking for authentic Thai food this is the place. Food was delicious. Portion size was great. Lastly service was excellent!
Amazing delicious Thai food. Generous portions sizes.
Many of the dishes were too sweet. The barbecue pork fried rice was excellent. The spicy eggplant was very good and the egg rolls were good, but the sauce was too diluted. The Garlic, chicken and beef and broccoli Were very sweet.
Great food and good portions. We ordered panang chicken, tom yom soup, chicken satey and pad Thai. Pad Thai wasn’t good. I was expecting it to be dry but it was soggy formula. Other than that everything was fab. I recommend this restaurant. The dining hall is clean and pleasing but don’t expect upscale. Come for an authentic Thai experience.
We recently dined at Bambu, a cozy family-owned Thai spot, and had a wonderful experience. We started with the vegetable spring rolls, which were crispy and packed with fresh veggies, served with a tasty dipping sauce. For the main course, we enjoyed the pineapple curry with chicken, a delicious balance of sweet and savory flavors with tender chicken and juicy pineapple. The Tom Yum soup was equally delicious, with a fragrant, tangy broth and perfectly cooked shrimp. The food was flavorful and satisfying, making it a great spot for anyone craving authentic Thai cuisine.
