Ordered a coolatta instead I got a “mexican raspado” ? I mean aren’t coolatta’s supposed to be like a smoothie? Also you can barely taste the flavor.

Service was not good and the gal who waited on us in the drive thru was unknowledgeable on certain menu items. I ordered a vanilla sundae with hot fudge. I got very little hot fudge with ice cream like ice milk. I didn't even eat it. No answer when I called to complain

Orders always wrong. Check your bag. Female worker there did not wash her hands after going to bathroom. I went in after her and sink was bone dry. Avoid the aggravation they don't understand anything.

The machines are always breaking down. They always run out of food in the mornings. Also my orders half the time are messed up! This is ridiculous this is a busy Dunkin, they should have alot of inventory and staff!

Wait was 20 minutes for a chai latte. Girl gave me a coffee not a chai latte. I informed her. She went back took more time and brought another coffee. Still haven't received my chai latte.
