Brewpoint Coffee - Founder's Cafe

Brewpoint is a gem in the Western suburbs of Chicago. I am entirely blessed to live blocks from their craft location on York. Exposed brick, chandeliers, and a plant wall surrounds you - a grateful reprieve from cookie cutter Starbucks decor. Coffee, matcha, and baked goods are top notch (haven't tried cocktails or charcuterie yet). A wonderful mix of professionals, college students, community organizers, and socially conscious suburban moms escaping the kids (I'm sure I'm missing wonderful others). Sometimes I'm not sure how I manage to keep living in the suburbs when the city is still home for me after 10 years in Elmhurst, but Brewpoint certainly makes it easier.

I would like to commend Zach and Adrian. I haven’t been in a coffee shop other than Starbucks for a while. I usually get Hazelnut in normal hot coffee. To my dismay they didn’t have it, however both Adrian and Zach helped me pick out a great blend: mocha, rose and honey. I love my coffee sweet and they said to just leave it how it is, they already noted it as extra sweet. What a delicious cup of coffee! Also, they were just super nice and friendly. They are the type of employees that someone hires and others come back to see.. I believe Asher was on break or doing something in the background but she joined in on our convo and was also present and joyful. I give this place a 5 out of 5 and two thumbs up. I give Zach and Adrian 11 out of 10 for being very present and making me a blend that was outstanding. Owner- please consider giving them a raise. I'll be back.

The ube matcha latte was well worth the drive. It's a beautiful, flavorful, and healthy caffeine boost. I recommend ordering it with almond milk.

It was my first time at this coffee shop, and it was definitely not the last one. They have a lot of kinds of coffee. It was hard to choose, but the lady Sheccid was super nice and helped me decide. Coffee is delicious. Thank you so much Sheccid I will definitely come back ?

I go out of my way to get Brewpoint whenever I'm in the area. Staff is knowledgeable but not uppity about it, and the coffee. It's very difficult for me to choose between drip coffee because theirs is so good, and their craft drinks which I rarely get, but again, excellent.

It’s a good place

I don’t like to leave reviews but the service here shocked me. Very rude and unprofessional doesn’t seem like they care about the consumer at all. The coffee was great but customer service makes me never want to go back.
