Brewpoint is a gem in the Western suburbs of Chicago. I am entirely blessed to live blocks from their craft location on York. Exposed brick, chandeliers, and a plant wall surrounds you - a grateful reprieve from cookie cutter Starbucks decor. Great food & service in a lovely space that would be pleasant to work from if the WiFi were amenable to devices that require connecting to a VPN. “The SSL Certificate contains errors” has been popping up on my work laptop for the past 6 months when I try to connect, and I rarely visit as a result (used to stop in weekly).

Bright, open, comfortable space for people meeting up in pairs, groups, or working solo. Outlets available along walls under bench seating. Two bathrooms divide the front room from the more dim/ "cozier" room in the back, which offers additional seating in the form of larger, wider tables. Acoustics are decent for the size and height of the ceiling /open brick space. Ironically this cafe has a quiet ambience that makes it great for working on a laptop with headphones...
