The food is good, good service! But do not order Mango Habanero Margarita, It is spicy af. I had Mango Margarita in another places and they weren't spicy as this one.

They sat us at the table without menus, we waited for 10 minutes until we had to leave because we were ignored by all the employees even the next table that arrived after us was served first. This was at the Elmhurst location

One of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the Chicago suburbs. Service is slow if you dine-in and your order will be missing things if you do pickup or delivery - there is no winning with this location. My last order was missing a menu item and the store was closed by the time the delivery was made but you can't get help on the BWW website so there's just no resolution and I lose out on $20. I'll save myself the headache and visit the Lombard location from now on.

I went to this location Saturday evening. Unfortunately our service was bad. Not sure if the server was new or not but our appetizers came out late with our food. Fries were cold. Asked for the check… thank God I looked, he gave me another tables check. Never saw management. It’s a busy night, you would think it would be different.
There was a hair under all the fries , Literally disgusting! Even after the wings were all dry and hard. Never again for sure

Chicken sandwich for a change....we all know the wings are hit or miss, so this time I opted for a buffalo chicken sandwich. You can specify the sauce. So I went with hot Buffalo. Surprisingly it was a very good, hot, juicy, crispy, meaty patty. The fries are decent, not great. Service was pleasant enough for the bar, but the bartender had no idea about beer specials despite posters hanging up throughout the place. No worries...she was super busy. Anyhow a good place to eat and catch a game! In a nice busy downtown area.
The service is good, especially in the bar area but the wings they're serving have gotten so tiny it's not a good value. I know the waitstaff has nothing to do with that so nothing against them, but who ever is doing the sourcing/procurement should reevaluate.
