The mozzerella wete definitely made inside of a microwave you may as well of just gave them to me i could of made them at home, 2nd my other party did not get their drinks as promised on the two for twenty, lastly i paid for touch tunes credits right when my song was going to play they shut the music off, how RUDE!!! THEY THEN TOLD ME THEY COULDNT WHAT A WASTE OF 10$. NO sorry ? No warning? Just take my money and leave? What a joke, if this is how b dubs is run it is no wonder why you guys are giving food for so cheap its to try save your business even though the staff is the issue. DO BETTER B DUBS what a ioke.

Waited an hour for my patty melt and wasn't even double. Didn't have the grills oion and bacon was still raw. Look like they just scrap the whatever beef they had and made it. Very disappointed and probably won't come here again.

Sad to say I won’t be eating here again! As my family and I were waiting for our food I look over and see a mouse running around the dining area. Management tried catching it but failed and walked away. We got our belongings and left there was no way I was going to be able to eat after seeing that.

I tried to place an online order at 10:30pm (an hour before closing) and the checkout now button didn’t work. This wasn’t a technical issue on my end. It appears that location closed online ordering without actually disclosing that with a disclaimer (as many other companies do). This leads to confusion. It worked for another location that was further away from me so that’s how I know that was the issue. I ended up just getting food from somewhere else entirely.

Bar tender wasn’t friendly and never asked us if we need water or ever the utensils as we ordered some chicken wings and cheese. We asked for boxes to go he didn’t care bring them and when he finally did get them he only brought one knowing we had a big order. Talked to the manager to address this situation that has been happening couple of times and he wasn’t very friendly and kind either so I guess just not only me but my whole family and friends will go to a different location for chicken wings night 🤷♀️
