Be careful I placed an order online for the Elmhurst location, after accepting my payment the order showed pick up in Melrose Park. I called the Melrose location and was told order would be cancelled in a couple weeks. Lucky I took a look at the receipt before driving to a location I placed an order just to be told they didn't get order. Waste of time and money. But BWW I will be watching to see my money returned and I'll never order BWW again online. Neither should you reading this. The lady at the Melrose Park store spoke to me like she was use to orders being transferred she had my information on hand ...BAD BUSINESS

Where to start they got a questionable guy at the cashier that acts more of a women than my mom, and these girls working up there with him that look like they ate all the wings hence why my word wasn't ready until 30 minutes after pick up scheduled.

This place is really good the wings are always crispy and cooked to perfection. I love that you can ask for them a little more saucy and they meet just right. My ultimate classic go to is the honey but the Mango Habanero is always a must . Their tots are flavorful as well and their strawberry Henry drink is perfect strong and sweet!!
Bdubs is the best! And I feel like this particular is top in the area! Servers are always nice and friendly. Food comes out quick and hot. It's tasty too! They got tvs to entertain you. As well as games and rewards on the app you can play and use! Honestly this is one of our fav weekend spots!

Buffalo Wild Wings continues to serve this garbage and gouge its loyal customers. I get charging for a quality product and will gladly pay for such, but this is slightly larger than a us quarter. BWW used to be my favorite spot but the over franchised, bad quality, and just overall bad experience should deter you from coming to any of these restaurants.

The group I was with and myself got up and asked forManager let him know what happened he could careless about the situation just looked at me and said oh I apologize needless to say we left! Coat wet pants wet! Horrible customer service!
