I have placed an order through the drive-thru the lady didn't want to repeat my order back to me then she told me to pull to the front and I had to go in there and go get my food my fries was cold my Whoppers were cold and my salad was rotten and when I call back to complain about the order nobody named pickup

Ive gone to this location more times than I should have. Ive lived in the area for just over 5 years and you would think this location would get things together by then, 9/10 theres an issue with either my food, service, or both. Most recently I went there with my girl friend at about 8 pm and ordered 2 meals which both were value menu items and and an order of onion rings, they took 15 minutes to get our food with one customer inside waiting for food also and no one in the drive through that we went through. they were fully staffed as well. we got home and my meal was completely wrong it was almost as if they guessed. I asked for a numbered item and received a specialty item, how do you hear chicken parmesan when I clearly said number 5... we get home to noticed this mistake drive back and get all our food freshly made just to wait for 2 more customers that came in after us to get there food first and another 10 to 15 mins. horrible location don't waste your money here, I wouldn't be surprised if they close the location down.

Rude mgr. told me to go elsewhere to spend my money when I asked a question about pricing. That was last year. I haven't been back since...And I love burgers for breakfast!
