Not happy with service. I placed an order for Jr. Whopper and 2 tacos including a drink. They didn't give me the total until I was at the window. They forgot my drink and gave me 2 dirty napkins. It might have helped if they weren't all talking teach other and paid attention to their jobs. One employee was busy texting on her phone. It is always hit and miss with this location.

This lady attitude was so rude. I forgot to ask her name, but whoever worked in the drive-thru last night around 8:35 was extremely rude. When ordering my food and receiving it, I always say please and thank you. She looked me right in the face and walked away. smh

12/22/24 @ 3:09pm I came to the drive thru ordered a whopper meal with a Fanta. When I get to to the window to pick up my food the Hispanic guy at the drive thru gave me a dirty cup with Coca Cola in there. He proceeded to get my drink I ordered without washing his hands or gloves on and dips the cup in the eyes his dirty hands touching the ice. The Hispanic girl walks over and rolls her eyes at me and ask me did I want cheese “I said yes that’s my order she hands me my food . I said thank u and she rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut in my face. I believe I was racially profiled by her. Instead of me refusing the drink I took it and just threw it out when I made it home. Poor customer service bad attitudes and they appear to be racists. I will not return

On a Sunday, when their hours show 7am opening, I waited something like 10 minutes at the drive through and another 3 at the window before someone came out to tell me "it's not ready," when I questioned why no one was paying attention to the drive through. I had to wait another 10 minutes after that to get the food I had already ordered in the online app.

Well first of all I was at the drive thru for at least 2 to 3 minutes said hello finally got someone to talk. Then I ordered sausage egg croissants with hash and a drink. Then went to pay apparently there was a problem that the manager had to fix I said I had the sausage croissants hash and drink then paid. I was already far from the place when I started eating noticed it was bacon croissants. So the food was fresh but the service was not highly disappointed was looking forward to the sausage croissants because I haven't had them in a while.
