If someone who has worked in retail and the fast food in the street before, I am well aware of how awful some people can be to those who work in the food service industry.

I am not one of them.

I had placed an order through the app for some food, and pulled him to the drive-through. I eventually got my food and while I was on my way home, I looked in the bag and noticed that one of my items was missing. No big deal stuff happens.

I returned to the drive-through and explain that I was missing my item. The lady who was on the speaker said well, we don’t have that item.

After a couple seconds of silence waiting for the “but…” I said “ OK, were you going to tell me that? Or just hope I didn’t notice that it was missing from my order?”

I was asked to leave and not come back. Just for making that statement.

At no point was I ever rude. The woman who said this to me, apparently was the manager. If this is how you react to a customer who has a legitimate complaint, you have no business working with the public.

I haven't had BK in a long time. My oh my did they change for the worst! The burgers were alright but the fries were so hard you couldn't eat them. I ordered churro fries and didn't receive any, they didn't even call to say they're out. I know you can update the products listed on the app, other stores did it which is why I picked this location. The chicken was crusted and hard on the outside. I used to love BK but I guess it'll be just a faint memory cuz today's order was bad. 30 bucks spent on food that's been sitting there for hours I'm sure. BK - you need to get back to what yall where back in the day. I'm so disappointed plus family and I are left to remain hungry. So sad!

Sad and a little dirty dining room. Soda machine sticky and needs a deep cleaning. Workers completely demoralized. Food was nearly cold even with an empty dining room. Will pass on this location in future

Says they're open, lights are on. Employees standing there making hand signs at me but won't come to the window... this is why they're losing to other places and going bankrupt. Such a shame...

I was a proponent of $15 minimum wage until eating from here. Hearing “what was your order?” in the drive through when you’re the only customer there should have been a sign your entire order was going to be wrong…

Ran a 20 minute ticket time on 4 non edited menu items, they were sides..no communication from the staff even after asking, they marked me as “served” on the ticket system after the first 10 minutes, but it wasn’t until another 10 minutes passed that I was actually served my food. This is unacceptable and wildly inappropriate to staff such people with the huge inability to do their jobs appropriately. Do not come here expecting to leave within a reasonable time frame.
