Went up to get a refill and I didn't even have to say anything. An employee asked if I wanted one within a few seconds. Also cashier Edwyn was straight forewarn when I was ordering but he covered everything a good cashier has to do, he was a really good employee.

I requested my sandwich with NO PICKLES because I’m allergic and of course they gave me pickles. And not just that, they didn’t give me any sauces and I kinda felt that they were rushing me so they could give the food to the next person. I don’t mind that they get my name wrong but they lost me with the pickles.

You pay all of this money and go through the drive-through to just get home and realize that they left items out. I called the store and spoke with the manager. They want me to drive all the way back to correct the item. I asked them to simply reverse the transaction and remove the item from the total. Super frustrating!

My first time here at this location.in Elmhurst 235 South IL 83 Elmhurst, Illinois. The food was very good. And service was also good, the only issue I had, is when I was in the Rest Room, one of the young guys who works behind the food counter, leaves the toilet stall, and walks out without washing his hands, then goes back to serve food. Very unsanitary. Management needs to be addressed on this.
Parking: Parking is very hood. It’s a shopping plaza.

I truly get it when busy . Waited for food, and they forgot the sauces it was Mark on the bag . My fault for not checking the bag ,but details are important if you want repeat customers

Had the pleasure of meeting Terra tonight while dining in. Truly made me so happy that there are still great people left in the world. So helpful, genuine, sweet, kind hearted. Only exchanged about a 5 minute convo but just from that you can tell what a great person she is. Can't wait to be back. My kiddos also had a great time at the play area!! :)

I called 3 times to try and place a catering order because I couldn't get my account to register. The people that I talked to were very nice, but when I asked questions about placing an order there was dead silence on the other end. Chik fil A needs to get a dedicated catering phone number so that orders can be taken efficiently and correctly. I decided just to make the item that I wanted to order myself.
