Check your burrito before taking a bite. I ordered two burritos one veggie and one carne asada for my amigo. When I got the order I saw mine labeled and took a bite only to realize that it was not the one for me. We checked my friend's burrito by opening it and yes that was my vegetarian burrito. Other than that fast service and as always great food

Usually I can put up with the slop that goes on at this place but after last night I finally have to say something. I use the app to mobile order because it's close to my job and for the most part the food is ok. So last night I put in an order assuming everything is going to be business as usual. But when I went to go pick it up I was informed that they were out of pretty much everything, so they couldn't make my order. The app said nothing about items being out of stock. And because they apparently have no management on site I was unable to get a refund for my order. Y'all need to have management on site and make sure your app is updated with items that aren't available.

Don't online order from this location. The kid working the counter questioned the pronunciation of my name (Eamon) and gave attitude for no reason. One of my bowls was missing ingredients that you pay extra for even though it was on the label. Happened a few times at this location. They used to be awesome now subpar.

WHAT A DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. i understand that thing happen, but 2 orders in the row i get 2'' x 1' pieces of avocado skin shell in my guac? That is when i always order guac on the side, so the person filling this small plastic container sees that huge chunk of avocado skin and yet still puts it in there!!!!
My average $ spent per meal is $15 or more, this is not a $5 village diner place.
If you cannot train your employees right - get new ones. but for now - this location is DEAD to me.

Dirty floors and damage on the floors. Dirty counters where they make your bowls and burritos. Didn’t get to order my bowl because they refused to make more chicken 45 minutes before closing. They aren’t even doing anything and just standing around being lazy to serve, and didn’t want to make more chicken. Their attitude responding back was unprofessional. In the background they were making unexpected jokes about making more steak than chicken, just to make me and my friend annoyed. Will never come back to this establishment ever again. Horrible service.

Portions here are extremely small, and the chips are stale. Any other Chipotle in the area is a better value. Save your money and go anywhere else. Bag of “large” chips was half what you’d get at another Chipotle. Virtually no meat. Half-filled large queso.

let me start by saying i came around 2:30 pm. i ordered a bowl with barbacoa. the barbacoa was stale, dry and extremely chewy. guacamole was legitimately brown as if it had been siting out all week. i will never be returning to this chipotle
The food here is absolutely amazing! Been going here for Taco Tuesday with my family for almost a decade. The service in person is great but I encourage you not to order delivery. Mistakes are VERY common. But overall one of the best restaurauts.!!!

The employees have no sense of urgency even with 3 customers let alone a whole line. Don’t come to this location. Finally starting to give up on it. Went in today hoping things would change and I didn’t even order. I couldn’t with how bad the service was.
