Really disappointed with the costumer service. I am a walkin costumer orderd a veggie bowl . Veggie bowl comes with grocomale but the guy called Edwin refused to give it and he is saying it's only for online orders. And charged me full amount. And refused to scan for the points as well . Really disappointed.

The kids here are all very nice, and the location is fantastic. But the food quality is not on par with other Chipotle’s (there one down the road on St Charles and Rt 83 that is much better). The chicken was dry, the tortilla was stale, the queso was mealy. The bathroom is also the most disgusting bathroom I’d ever seen in a Chipotle.

Ordered online and i am very disappointed. It's more expensive to order online for delivery, guacamole is almost 4 dollars. I ordered my usual chicken, rice, cheese, guacamole, lettuce, and sour cream. It's arrives and i notice how small the burrito is and I open it up no guacamole or sour cream. I paid for it!!! And they never called me and told me they ran out or nothing! But I got charged! And the torilla was crusty and falling apart, i had to put it in a bowl. I contact the store and was sent to a representative and all they could do was give me a free drink and side! I said no thank you! You just lost a customer! Never ordering chipotle again!

I got a half chicken half barbacoa bowl last night around 6:30pm last night and the service was awesome, my bowl was also amazingggggggggggggg. I normally don’t do “fast food” reviews but shoutout to all three who were behind the counter, yall were a vibe! If I wasn’t so hungry I would've included a picture but just know it was heavenly on top of just the good energy in the building. I’ve been influenced to visit this location way more, love y’all! ❤️
Ordered online, the burrito had a giant chunk (the top or bottom) of an onion, right at the end of the burrito so my first bite was pure onion. Didn’t order onion on the burrito. Bowls were half the size as usual.

When I visited this restaurant they forgot some of my food so when I got home I realized this and called. They were kind enough to correct this issue for me. However, I'm not sure if they were so skimpy with their portions in retaliation or if the trend is real. But for the first time ever I was still hungry after my dinner there. I also noticed it wasn't the cleanest place for leftover food dropping and items not put back. There's definitely room for improvement.

The food is delicious, the portions are plentiful, and the staff is awesome.

This Chipotle is located in the heart of City Centre in Elmhurst.
Free parking is available in 2 lots and on the street near the entrance.

The cashier at this location was RUDE , with behavior that I’ve NEVER experienced at any Chipolte before! … I don’t typically post any reviews , but her behavior made me so angry that I needed to let other know what to expect ! So disappointing … and her managers didn’t care either ( she used profanity ) …., good luck Elmhurst Chipolte
